Requests, quotes and confirmation
After receiving a request, we review the supplied route, timing, passengers, luggage and special requirements. We normally respond by WhatsApp with availability and a fixed quote. A booking exists only when you accept the quote and receive an explicit confirmation from RAKNOW VIP.

Accurate journey details
You are responsible for supplying an accurate date, local time, phone number, passenger and luggage counts, pickup and destination, flight number and any accessibility or child-seat request. Tell us promptly if information changes. A material route, group or waiting-time change may require a revised quote.
Pickup and Medina access
Be ready at the confirmed place and time with a working contact number. Some Marrakech Medina streets cannot be reached by car. In that case, pickup or drop-off uses the closest practical vehicle access point agreed with you or the accommodation.
Flights and delays
Flight information is used to help coordinate airport pickup but does not create an unlimited waiting obligation. Notify us promptly about missed connections, cancellations or changes that are not reflected in the flight number. Any substantially revised pickup remains subject to operator availability.
Vehicles, luggage and child seats
A suitable vehicle category is arranged from the details submitted. A specific make or model is supplied only when explicitly confirmed. Undeclared or excessive luggage may not fit safely. Child seats must be requested in advance and are included only if their availability is confirmed.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
The change, cancellation and refund terms applicable to your request are communicated with the quote before you accept it.
Transport fulfilment
RAKNOW VIP receives and coordinates transport requests. The party responsible for performing the transport and the relevant operational arrangement are identified in the booking confirmation. The service is transportation only unless something additional is explicitly confirmed; it is not a guided tour or travel package.
